Executive Assistant to CEO (Hybrid Role · Marbella)

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead and wants to work closely with the CEO in a fast moving international environment.

Residencias Lujosas Vitalux, S.L. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a dynamic international real estate environment.

This is more than a typical assistant role. It is a key position within the company, working at the intersection of management, clients and operations.

  • YOUR ROLE
    First point of contact for clients and partners
    Manage communication in German, English and Spanish
    Coordinate schedules, priorities and daily operations for the CEO
    Support property listings including exposés, image editing and content creation
    Assist with marketing and social media
    Play an active role in the integration and further development of AI tools within workflows, content creation and marketing processes
     
  • YOUR PROFILE
    We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized and comfortable taking responsibility in a dynamic environment
    Strong communication skills and service mindset
    Experience in assistant, office or client facing roles
    Interest in real estate, Costa del Sol experience is a plus
    Strong practical experience with AI tools and the ability to help implement and improve their use within business processes is highly valued
    Fluent in German, English and Spanish
