Goal Shifting!

Think about it…Here we are, that funny in-between-time that’s not yet summer, you might say we are at a seasonal pause which is really the perfect time to do some “goal shifting”. Objectives, after all, do eventually get met. Still it is easy to keep habitually plugging along in a routine without recognizing that hallelujah, deed done. So, consider: Do you have a new healthy wish list heading into a warmer weather?

Are there different workout targets to hit? Any new goals in your job or family? Take the pause to reroute and reinvigorate, and then just jump on it onward. A perfect help: write a diary! Journaling is a fantastic help to see (read), no matter how small the step was, you are already on your way. Only action leads to the goal!
